Anyone can buy from J.A. Glover & you don’t need to open an account. However, a web account would allow you to put a quote together on our website and have the information stored. You can then view the details of quotes made on our website at a later date.

Yes.

If you already have a web account with us, log in and click on the “Account” button located at the top of the page, then click “Your Quotes” to find information about any quotes you have put together on our website.

Please note, if you have obtained a quote via a telephone call, you will be unable to view these quotes on our website.

To create a quote with us, simply find the products you’re looking for on our website and click “Add to Quote”.

Once you have added all products to your quote, click “Quote” located at the top of the screen then follow the instructions on the screen to get your quote.

You can also receive a quote by calling your local branch, click “Store Locator” located at the bottom of the page to find your nearest branch.

We may be able to offer you a bulk deal price, depending on the size of the job and materials required.

Please contact your local branch about your project. Alternatively you can put a quote together online then request a call back by clicking “Accounts” then “Your Quotes” and finally clicking the “Request Call Back” link located next to your quote.

To change your password simply click “Accounts” then click “Password” located on the side of the page. Simply follow the instructions on screen to successfully change your password.

If you have forgotten your password, go to “Account” and click the “Forgot password” link and follow the on screen instructions.

We have a feature on our website to allow files to be uploaded so our team understand what your project will require. Click “Accounts” then “Submit Diagram” located to the side of the page, then follow the instructions on screen to load your files.

Please note a charge may apply for this service in the event that the potential work is lost or you decided to use another company to supply the job. This is to cover the cost of our team spending the time to obtain the relevant information from your files.

To open a trade account, click to register a Trade Account (link located at the bottom of the website) and start saving.
Great discounts can be found on ventilation fans and ducting supplies.
Trade accounts are available for both Sole traders and LTD companies.

Yes.
We do provide delivery, however, any time quoted or given for delivery of the goods is intended as an approximate estimate only.

Our delivery charges depend on which type of customers you are.
Feel free to check with your nearest branch the cost of your quote.

Orders placed can only be cancelled with the consent of J.A. Glover in writing.
Note, the customer shall be liable for costs, expenses and losses of any kind suffered or incurred by J.A. Glover resulting from such a cancellation.

An account allows you to view previous web quotes and stores the details from these quotes, you can then view the details and even check the status of your quote.

A trade account allows you all the benefits of an account plus you will also be eligible for discounts on your quotes with us. Trade accounts are available for both sole traders and ltd companies.

Our website offers over 10,000 products, if you are having trouble locating a product you could try searching for it using the search bar at the top of the page.

Alternatively, if you know the product code you could try searching by product code. Click the “Shop by Product Code” link located at the top of the website and follow the on screen instructions.

If you still can’t find what you are looking for, give your nearest branch a call and our team will be happy to help.

Once you have put a quote together using our website a member of the team will contact you to discuss if there is any issue with any of the products you have selected.

You can find technical specifications and data sheets within the tabs of the individual product on our website.

If you click on the “Help” link located at the top of the website, you can find “Customer Specifications” on the side menu. Simply fill in your details and leave us a message explaining your specifications and a member of the team will contact you to offer assistance.
